Terms of Service.
The rules of the road. What membership means, how Crimson Tier works, and what we both agree to.
Effective date: April 24, 2026. First draft. This document is pending review by our faculty advisor and ASU Student Organization Management before going to final.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on the ProSales Club website, registering for an event, or paying Crimson Tier dues, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.
2. Who can join
ProSales Club membership is open to currently enrolled Arizona State University students with a valid asu.edu email address. Non-ASU users (for example, alumni assisting with the club, sponsor liaisons, or outside administrators) can only create an account via an invitation link issued by a member of the executive board. All members must be 18 or older.
3. Membership tiers
We offer two tiers:
- Basic membership: free. Access to general meetings, public events, the points system, and the newsletter.
- Crimson Tier: $75 per semester. Adds capped sponsor dinners, hiring-manager resume reviews, Scholar Award eligibility, and first-look access to new events. See the Crimson Tier page for the full list of benefits.
Crimson Tier does not auto-renew unless you choose to enable renewal at the start of a new semester. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
4. Points system
Points are awarded for attending ProSales events, bringing new members, completing Sales Shadow Days, participating in pitch nights, and landing sponsor-confirmed internships or jobs. Point values and tier thresholds are published on our Points page and may be adjusted by the executive board with notice. Points are personal to you. They are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not refundable. They have no cash value.
5. Crimson Tier specifics
Crimson Tier benefits are offered in good faith but are not guaranteed. Sponsor dinners are capped (typically 15 seats) and filled first-come, first-served among Crimson Tier members who RSVP. Scholar Award eligibility is merit-based; crossing a points threshold does not guarantee selection. Some benefits depend on sponsor availability and may shift from semester to semester.
6. Payments and refunds
Crimson Tier dues are processed by Stripe. ProSales Club does not store your payment card data; Stripe handles that. Dues are non-refundable except in two cases:
- Documented administrative error on our end (for example, a duplicate charge).
- Pro-rated refund if your Crimson Tier membership is revoked by us for a conduct violation.
Refund requests should be emailed to admin@prosalesclub.com. We respond within 14 days.
7. Sponsor relationships
ProSales Club works with corporate sponsors as part of the Professional Sales Program ecosystem. We may share aggregate, anonymized engagement statistics with sponsors (for example, attendance numbers or major breakdown). We do not share your specific contact information with sponsors without your explicit consent, which you provide on a per-event basis (for instance, by opting in to a sponsor's contact list at a networking night).
8. Event conduct
All members are expected to follow our Code of Conduct at every club event, whether in person, virtual, or hybrid. Violations may result in loss of points, loss of tier status, suspension of membership, or, for serious violations, referral to ASU Student Conduct.
9. Intellectual property
All club-created materials, including the ProSales Club brand, the Crimson Tier concept, the points system framework, event playbooks, the tour program, and all written and visual content published under the ProSales name, are the property of ProSales Club. You may not reproduce them outside the club without written permission.
Content you submit to the club (survey responses, forum posts, event feedback, photos you consent to share) is licensed to ProSales Club for the purpose of operating the club, including analytics, reporting, and marketing materials. We do not sell your submitted content, and you retain ownership of anything you create.
10. Termination
You can leave the club at any time by deleting your account from your account page. We can terminate or suspend your membership for conduct violations or material breach of these terms, with written notice to the email on file. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 6.
11. Limitation of liability
ProSales Club is a student-run organization, not a placement agency. We provide an opportunity layer: access to events, mentors, sponsors, and reps. Joining the club does not guarantee an internship, a job, a promotion, or any specific career outcome. We are not responsible for the behavior of sponsors outside of club-sanctioned events, for missed events beyond our reasonable control, or for individual career decisions made by members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSales Club, its executive board, and its faculty advisor are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
13. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will post the updated version here and notify active members by email. Continued use of the site after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated terms.
