Sales is a life skill. Build it here.

Our mission

Build operators. Not attendees.

Selling isn't a concentration. It's the skill underneath every career W. P. Carey sends students into. Finance analysts pitch deals. Marketers sell ideas internally before they sell them externally. Founders sell a vision before there's anything to show.

ProSales treats that skill like it deserves to be treated. Layered mentorship, pitch reps, a points leaderboard that rewards showing up, and sponsor relationships run like client accounts. Members leave with offer letters. They also leave with the ability to walk into any room and make something happen.

One in three college students never joins a single extracurricular. We're building the version worth the other two thirds' time.

Why ProSales

Three pillars, borrowed from the programs that got it right.

Baylor, Florida State, and Indiana Kelley each cracked one part of the problem. We stole the best of all three.

01Pitch reps

Live reps, not just lectures

Inspired by Baylor's 13-year run atop the Sales Education Foundation rankings. ProSales runs internal pitch nights, role-play brackets, and live-critique sessions every semester, because reps, not coffee chats, are the spine of a sales program.

Pillar 1
02Mentorship

A mentor you actually meet with

Every member gets matched with a mentor from the Sales Scholars cohort or the ProSales exec board. Pod size scales with how many volunteer each semester. Cadence is flexible. The structure makes mentorship happen even when nobody chases it.

Pillar 2
03Career pipeline

A direct line into the companies hiring

Oracle NetSuite, Capital One, Cox Media, Microsoft, Battery Ventures, BioLab Sciences, and 40+ more across the Professional Sales Program ecosystem. We borrow Indiana Kelley's playbook, treat corporate partners like clients, and the pipeline takes care of itself.

Pillar 3
What's next

Upcoming events.

Every event earns points on the ProSales leaderboard. Bring a friend, that's another 25.

Speaker Spotlight

Operators. Not keynoters.

We bring the people who've actually moved numbers — restaurateurs, enterprise sales leaders, nonprofit fundraisers. Here's a taste of the caliber walking through the ProSales room.

Catherine Locke

Founder · Sustain Voice

Thirty years inside Cox Communications taught Catherine how enterprise relationships actually get built. She founded Sustain Voice to bring that playbook to the rest of us — and her talk on the compounding return of the long relationship drew the biggest crowd of the semester.

Member stories

What seniors say on the way out the door.

These aren't edited testimonials — they're what members told us after they signed offer letters.

I walked into ProSales as a sophomore with no idea how hiring actually worked. A year later I had two internship offers before spring break.

The Speed Networking Night was the first time I ever felt like I wasn't just another resume in a stack. I had my follow-up interview scheduled before I left the room.

The pod I got placed in turned into four of my closest friends and my first two professional references. ProSales isn't a line on a resume — it's a network.
