$25 gift card
Real money — Amazon or Starbucks. No stickers, no swag. Points should translate into something actually useful.
Inspired by Baylor's ProPass, the ProSales Points System gives every event, pitch night, and referral a transparent point value. A public leaderboard keeps score. Hit 150 points in a semester and Crimson Tier unlocks the same day. No payment, no application, just receipts.
Most clubs drift because nothing rewards showing up on a random Tuesday. Points fix that. Every behavior we want — attending, bringing friends, pitching live, has a public number attached. Standings update weekly. The top ten get posted to Instagram. Members who were on the fence three weeks ago start planning their nights around ProSales.
“Baylor called it ProPass. We called it Points. Same engine: transparent, gamified, public.”
No arbitrary curves, no hidden bonuses. Points are published, points are earned, points get you into rooms. The scoreboard does the work email reminders couldn't.
Point values reflect what we actually care about — attendance, pitch night participation, and bringing others into the club.
